Lake Mary

Lake Mary is where we are based, which means the shortest drive times and the most flexible scheduling anywhere in our coverage area. We run recurring routes through Heathrow Woods, Timacuan, Greenwood Lakes, and the neighborhoods off Lake Mary Boulevard, plus one-time and deep cleans anywhere in the 32746.

A lot of Lake Mary homes are two-story with tile downstairs and carpet up, which changes how a clean should be sequenced. We dust and detail the upper floor first so nothing settles onto floors we have already finished, then work down to the main living areas and finish on hard floors.

We also clean small offices and suites along the Colonial TownPark and Primera corridors, scheduled after hours or before the workday so nobody has to work around a vacuum.
