Longwood

Longwood is heavy on mature oak canopy, which is lovely and also means pollen, leaf litter, and a steady film on window tracks and lanai sliders. Interior window and track detailing is one of our most-requested add-ons here for exactly that reason.

Many of the homes around Sweetwater Oaks and Wekiva Cove have split layouts with a lot of tile, so we finish floors last and in one continuous pass rather than room by room, which leaves fewer streaks and no footprints across a clean floor.
